Data processed on this site
This site is informational; it has no accounts or payments, and its only form is the pilot application form. It sets no cookies for visitors and contains no advertising tools; only when authorised staff sign in to the admin panel is a strictly necessary session cookie (__Host-remyral_admin) used to keep them signed in. It counts visits only on our own server, as daily totals without personal data. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the same origin; the site loads no third-party resources. The site is hosted on our own server (Coolify). When you visit, our server may briefly process technical access data such as your IP address, browser details and request time to deliver the service securely and reliably.
Application form
The pilot application form collects your name, email address, company, team size and an optional note. The purpose is to assess your application, reply to you and run the pilot conversation. To follow up your request, your application is stored in a database on our own server (Coolify), together with the time it was sent, the form language, the date of the privacy notice you accepted and our team’s follow-up details (status, internal notes). Only authorised staff can see applications, in an admin panel that requires a password and two-step verification; every view, change, export and deletion in the panel is logged. Our team is also notified by email through our email service provider, Resend, and your application is forwarded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the Remyral console, our own work-management system, to run the pilot process; the console runs on our own servers, not on a third-party cloud service. Applications are not deleted automatically after a fixed period: they are kept until you ask us to delete them or the purpose has ended (for example, when the pilot conversation is over and no relationship follows), or as long as a legal retention duty requires. To have your application deleted, write to info@remyral.com; it is then deleted from the database, from the Remyral console and from the notification emails. Your IP address is not stored with the application: to limit abuse, a non-reversible digest (hash) derived from your IP address, which changes every day, is kept only in the server’s memory for at most one hour and never written anywhere. Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/2 (c) — directly related to entering into a contract — and (f) legitimate interest; where the GDPR applies, art. 6(1)(b) and (f). Because the email provider’s servers are located abroad, the form data in the notification email is transferred abroad to provide this service. If you prefer not to use the form, you can send your application by email.
Spam protection: on our own server
The application form is protected against automated submissions by a proof-of-work check built with the open-source ALTCHA software. The check runs entirely on our own server: no request goes to a third-party service, no cookie is set and nothing is collected to track your browser. When you start filling in the form on the home page, your browser receives a small computing task from our server and solves it in the background within a few seconds; the solution is sent with your application and checked on our server. The task contains nothing about you; to stop a solution from being reused, only the task’s random id is kept until it expires (at most 30 minutes). A hidden field for bots and a check against forms sent implausibly fast are also used. The check needs JavaScript; with JavaScript off, you can send your application by email.
Visit counts
To understand how the site is used, we count visits on our own server: how many times each page was opened per day and language, how often the pilot links were clicked, how often the form was sent successfully or with an error, and — if any — only the domain of the site that referred you (e.g. google.com). Only daily totals are stored; no IP address, browser details, cookie or any identifier that could recognise you is kept, and visits are not linked to each other. To limit abuse, a digest derived from the IP address is kept in memory for at most one minute and never written anywhere. If “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” is on in your browser, nothing is sent. No third-party service is used for this count.
Contacting us by email
When you write to info@remyral.com, your name, email address and message are processed only to answer your request and to run a pilot or installation conversation. Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after the request is closed, or as long as a legal retention duty requires, and then deleted. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis and transfers
Data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) art. 5/2 — entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interest — and, where the GDPR applies, art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f). The servers of our email provider (including Resend) may be located abroad, so data may be transferred abroad to the extent needed to provide this service. The site, the spam protection, the database that holds applications and the Remyral console where they are followed up run on our own servers; no third-party service is used for them.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, rectification or erasure, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@remyral.com; we reply within 30 days.
